Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how Quorventaris d.o.o. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to quorventaris.com and users of our real estate crowdfunding platform.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Quorventaris d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, OIB 78451269340. For any privacy-related question please write to privacy@quorventaris.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you knowingly submit (name, email, message body via the contact form) and technical data about your device and interaction with the site when you give consent through the cookie banner.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in protecting the platform from misuse.
4. Retention period
Inquiries sent through the contact form are kept for at most 24 months after the last correspondence. Investment-related data is kept in line with the Croatian AML legislation (at least 10 years).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our service providers (hosting, analytics) may process data outside the EEA. In such cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), controlled access to databases and regular security reviews. No transmission method is 100% secure, but we keep investing in protection.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy because of legal or service changes. The date of the last update is always visible at the top of this page.
