These Terms govern the use of the quorventaris.com website operated by Quorventaris d.o.o. By accessing the site you accept these Terms in full.
1. Scope
Quorventaris provides information about its real estate crowdfunding platform and enables you to contact our team. The investment products themselves are offered exclusively through a separate contractual relationship, after investor identification (KYC) and a suitability assessment.
2. User
A user is any natural or legal person who visits or uses the site. The content is intended for persons over 18, resident in the EU/EEA, unless otherwise stated.
3. Investment risk
Investing in crowdfunding projects is risky: a partial or total loss of the invested funds is possible. Past returns do not guarantee future performance. Before making any investment, carefully read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) for the specific project.
4. Intellectual property
All materials on the site (text, images, logo, design) are owned by Quorventaris or used with permission. Reproduction is not allowed without prior written consent.
5. Liability
Quorventaris is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site, downtime or reliance on general informational content. All specific investment decisions must be based on the contractual documentation.

The site may contain links to external sources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Croatia applies. Any dispute arising from the use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
